We finally have enough capital to purchase another property with a 20% downpayment, but we don't want to go down the traditional path for our next property like we did our first, we want to BRRR it.

We're still in the exploratory phase so still nailing down a strategy, but I think we're planning to start with SFHs that cost around 100K - and in an ideal world with the aim to buy one at a time while we get comfortable but hoping to scale up with a new place every 6 months or so until we have around 5.

It took me one year to make it ready, get approval from township, and finally now it's generating good amount of ROI.

The time has finally come to begin my journey!

Should I wait and sell these later when people finally move out?
