MOST agents get a false sense of success in the beginning when they close their first couple of deals only to flounder for a year or two after and eventually give up when they realize that it's going to be much harder to actually create a sustaining and growing business.Like any startup, there will be really high high's and really low low's.

Growing up, I had always been a hard worker, but I also had many deep-seated fears of failure that held me back from pushing myself out of my ‘comfort zone.’

Hi good to see new people getting involved in this field but my only advice I can give is find a job doing anything save so you could at least start a marketing campaign and grow from there.

Once the process starts to take up all of my time and the profit margin proves to be large enough to support me, I plan to leave my day job and put all of my time and focus on growing this small side business into something much larger and more profitable.
