I've been told both Starbucks and Home Depots are good signs as their market research is top notch, but what else should I be looking for in a burgeoning community?

High vacancy, high commissions, high maintenance and repair to keep in "Gold Star" condition (or whatever it's called at a particular area) and you're always paying top dollar for labor and material to get that stuff done.

If it falls through, you keep whatever you didnt give the seller, as its nonrefundable.The sellers that I hear from, cant sell their homes, because it needs repairs, and they think its worth top dollar.

I can't say that I have seen anything that will top someone using old carpet out of their own home, but I have seen a lot of cheap work done by people with no construction knowledge.In the shows defense, they don't always film the idiots.

I won't be really helpful here with reasons because I can't really pin down anything that they did that was specifically wrong but I just don't get the warm fuzzies dealing with them.I guess my feeling was that they should have been more on top of some things, telling me rather than waiting for me to get the info from them to tell them.

I just found this site and thought it might be a good tool for me to use.a little about myself and what i have been doing -i work for a fantastic small company and have been here for a few years.
