Hi - Can someone explain how evicting occupants work in Hudson and Bergen Counties in NJ?

Can anyone help explain to me how to property protect different assets and entities.

I am a novice when it comes to this subject and I could use some referals for a company that you know or may have used in the past that took the time to explain all steps.The house is a $125,000 property 8 minutes away from downtown Stone Mountain, GA and will be sold in the next month or so after the proper 1031 proceedings.I appreciate all the help I can get and thank you for taking the time,Best of lucks!

If someone can explain it properly I'm all ears. 

Matter a fact he missed understand what I was explaining to him about subject to and he understood as he would need to continue to pay the mortgage for an additional 6 months until I behave the property and sell it.

I keep thinking that too... and try to explain that to my wife, only to be rebuffed.
