Depending on the size of what they require for earnest money deposit (I'll double check w my agent), I may just start low balling offers and if one gets accepted, THEN get the inspection.

Most people you buy houses from are in a 9-5, so they'll be operating on a similar schedule to you as well.I don't know how long your commute is but make sure to listen to the podcasts when you're driving, exercising, grocery shopping, etc.
