I am new to BP and wanted to introduce myself, but first I wanted to say how excited I am to have found this website.

Once you post it on postlets.com, your listing will also show up on Trulia, Zillow, hotpads and a couple of other websites.

Going through the county website I found my neighbors property is assessed about 40K less then mine after a borough decrease.

There were six HOAs that showed up on the website but now I'm thinking the search must have been for the zip code and not the city.  

The second house was listed on a auction website for a short period of time.Third house also hit a auction site but only for one day. 

I recently moved into an apartment complex in Spartanburg, SC and I moved from out of state so I just showed up after doing most everything online and was given a website to go to so that I could get renters insurance, and they said if I got insurance through this website I would only have to pay about $100 for my deposit!!

Anyone have any pros/cons on websites like this?

I'll continue learning while consuming the information on the best website.

finding out who the owner is is easy. look on the county site to see where the taxes are sent. taht is a good address to send a letter saying "i would like to buy your property.". also the recorders website will have a copy of the deed and mortgages, if any, on the property.i have a question for you taht i have been wondering. maybe the other people that will respond can explain. what is the difference between flipping and wholesaling?
