"Property Locator" is fine, or how about something more general, such as "Marketing" - that can mean a lot of things, but it implies that you are involved in finding and bringing people together for business purposes.With that as your title, you could offer specific services, such as distribution of marketing materials door-to-door, event marketing & promotions, etc.Investors generally suck at marketing - even guys that are doing pretty well (they are the first to admit this).

The local MLS likely won't allow it in the MLS, by standard rules, without it being listed--with the Owner signing a direct listing agreement with the listing broker, not someone with "equitable interest", a term that only the gurus/wholesale promoters like to throw around.

You have to stay on top of it- I meet with my tenants each month to go over their progress.And a note- one poster who slammed Lexington and then went on to promote one he is marketing.
