Sorry for the long winded response, but this is my passion and I love to help others in the property management field. 

I work a day job in Human Resources for a small firm in the Charlotte area and I do enjoy it but ultimately, I want to be my own boss and work for myself.

For the Napa project it was just being interested in the area for all the right personal enjoyment reasons but wrong investment reasons. hahaWe were looking up there for a retirement home after spending many weekends up there for anniversary's, birthdays, etc. 

I also enjoy investing not only in real estate but stocks as well.

While it was no trouble to manage them from afar, I do enjoy having closer proximity to them now that I'm in Tennessee.  

Enjoyed it, had some new thoughts in there I hadn’t seen in the previous 30 books I’ve read this year.
