Since I rent to a good number of millennials who are very much in tune with electronic processing, I figured it was time to bring the business into this century.  

Economically they're doing well, and there is an arts' and sports' scene.

As an investor, you have to understand the art of nurturing each person and component along the process otherwise when you assume that it is in the bank, that's when you have problems.To any newbie out there, if your strengths is dealing with sellers, go for it, if your forte is buyers then it can make the transaction a whole lot easier than trying to find a buyer when the clock is ticking down.

Over the last 10 years, we have seen a surge of great new restaurants, performing arts and other amenities.  

I think watching science fiction or listening to classical music from a theory point of view or understanding art can make you imagine, think of possibilities and broaden your thinking.

To be honest, talking and working with people is more of an art than an exact science.
