So maybe if you setup a separate company to manage the property, and that company were to have an extremely unique name that when googled led right to your website, that could be a totally legal approach.Why don't you use the listing sites for what they are meant for, then try to market direct to those customers that have already stayed with you without incident for their repeat business?

An LLC (I'll assume you are referring to a single member LLC where no election has been made to be taxed as a C or S corporation) confers no tax advantages, it's primarily intended to be a risk / liability mitigation / management tool.

It’s not a major cash flowing property, but It’ll cash flow ~$220+ even after setting aside money for the variable expenses.I guess I meant turnkey meaning no major work needs done, it doesn’t NEED paint but every wall is white so a little bit of color wouldn’t hurt it.
