Illinois law recognizes the distinction between the assignment of a right and the delegation of a duty and recognizes that an assignment can involve merely the transfer of a right.

I don't think the premier agent status did anything for me, but that seems like a marketing piece that is hard to get a real ROI # from. 

I also just recently paid for the PRO membership here and have started catching up on old webinar episodes.Looking forward to posting more progress as it happens and also to networking with all the helpful  and knowledgable members here on the site.I will be looking to build our team shortly - looking for agent(s), CPA, contractors and all the other integral pieces of the puzzle.

What kind of marketing piece(s) are you mailing?

might be a bargaining piece with an offer for a reduced price.Mold remediation is costly.  

For those doing direct mail, spend the extra money and send a piece of mail to yourself in the batch that goes out.

My question / perspective is that I do agree with you that yes a landlord does have to look for clients like you suggested, however from my experience that is just a piece of the puzzle.

If the "discharge" or release or satisfaction piece is recorded, then you have your proof IMO.
