Hey, I just posted a question to Josh on his Blog.

What blogs, websites, newspapers, etc do you read to keep yourself educated about your local market?

I am more positive on renting to someone who volunteered that they have a problem then someone who fails to share a major issue and waits for me to discover it.

Since Ali didn't mention it, she just wrote a great article on the BP blog about different markets to invest in.

Read blogs, post questions, and I always suggest a podcast marathon.

You will discover that the real returns are to be made on the front-end of investing...not the back-end...at least in our model.
