But satisfaction is quite subjective, what if the tenant disagrees with me on the qualify of work? 

I don't doubt that or disagree, I was just simply pointing out the expensive install/fabrication costs as the poster was asking for the "most amazing inexpensive"

Now I dont have any stats, and I dont know that they even exist, on what percentage of panels are leased verse owned in my market place, but I think I can make a pretty good guess that with 10 of the 20 richest counties in the nation, that most of them are owned outright here and not leased, and they still drop the price of the property.I am usually pretty cordial on here, and I disagree with many people here often, many of whom are close friends of mine who I do business with.

Others seem to disagree with your view.Now, when you are ready to provide something to work with, like an example with some details perhaps even with some application of what has been stated thus far in the thread and quite trying to call people names, then we can talk about "alternatives".

I respectfully disagree with Michael - my prior employer owned 9 car washes in Ohio and winter time was our busy season - People cannot wash their cars at home and want to get the salt off of their car.
