I'd pick something I liked, turn off all devices, and read. 

If inflation (money supply) continues to increase, or worse, a more rapid decline in the dollar's valuation, where can investors safely invest large quantities of legal capital rapidly? 

Then again, I generally play it safe which is why my RE blog is called ScaredyCatGuide.  

I have to agree with JD that you should maybe leave a couple of days in between tenants just to be safe. 

I'm just playing it safe at this point to ensure I don't go in too deep with this company before it's too late.
