We have 5 vacation rentals in the same area (GSMNP) and 90% of our guests are first time users of Airbnb/VRBO (lets face it any other platform is worthless).

Or use an online platform like realtyshares, RealtyeVest, or Realtymogul.

Our focus right now is on driving the mass adoption of solar, but our platform is geared to marketing efficiency of all related products.

Like in PDX were I have been active for more than 25 years in the distressed space.. there are only 1 or 2 wholesalers I know that have done this more than 3 years the rest come and go.. and the bigger players buy at court house steps to control the inventory.. when a decent RE agent can make 250k a year why go through the brain drain of wholesaling..

Don’t get caught up in all of the websites, software platforms, phone systems, find the deals.  

Idaly, I've done months of due diligence on over 114 different platforms and am happy to give you suggestions or information on specific ones that would match you.

If it is a short term investment (flip, BRRRR, etc) you can just borrow the $ at a decent rate (8-12%). 

Hi everyone, a few of you may have seen my enthusiasm in the past about utilizing Air BNB's platform to bring entrepreneurs together with investors to expand both of their businesses and while I have done some limited testing in my own market with favorable results, wanted to get other's opinions and share this idea.In the Twin Cities market in Minnesota we are fighting hard to find 6% cap rates in multi family homes (oftentimes even harder in single families) which has turned off many investors who have been sitting on their cash for the last year.
