It's investors who don't care who think any kind of criticism is trolling who give STRs a bad reputation--and they have a terrible reputation in many areas of the world.

Having a good relationship with any close neighbors is pretty critical in operating an STR successfully.

One critical element is understanding the human factor.

So the new/updated roadworks are becoming an ever critical focus for a city that may have outpaced development with growth.
