Yes I could see that, especially at the start of Sanford Ave, nice front yards and houses and nice cars (one had a Corvette).

If the OP is strapped with car payments, an already large mortgage, low reserves, etc, it's unlikely that he can go this route. :)

I've never had to do that on a property, though I did once when selling a car. 

Anything will chemicals, detergents, carpet, drape, new car seats can cause more health discomfort and Feds have not tackled them yet. 

They know the electric company or water will cut them off for nine payment, they know their car will be reposted if they don't pay.

I am building above my detached 2 car garage at the rear of my property.Based on my experience with contractors and my conversations with my architect, I think your cost assumptions are pretty accurate.However, most of the cost depends on the size of the unit you are building and the amount of site prep work that is needed to build too.

The reason I want to refi is to pay off my car loan my 2nd mortgage and 13k worth personal loan.
