Try to get the Rent Ledger from either the previous landlord or have the tenant get it from their landlords or print from a tenant portal.

Sure, you could keep using the seemingly low-cost old school methods of print media, direct mailings, forums, and lists, cold calling FSBOs and what not but it's neither efficient nor was it ever any fun.But wait.

Find someone you like working/talking with and look over the fine print and decide from there.  

Or not.If it was so hard to find the phone number,  what other fine print is going to be too small to see?
