If a lien is not sold to an investor but is OTC - it is still considered "sold' to the county on that auction date.

Attend some auctions and keep your hands in your pockets, LOL.Remember too, if you take an option to wholesale a deal, you don't "offer" the property for sale, you're selling an option, there is a difference and TREC may have an issue with that.
