Hi all, Received a general lead in Furnished Finder this morning, MTR for construction crews through PCH (Preferred Corporate Housing). 

In general we cover all utilities including wifi.

Both things are happening.Buyer agent commission is still negotiated up front with sellers although there is the option not to compensate a buyer's agent - aka have the buyer pay their agent.We also tell buyer's agents to include their commission in the offer.

My main thing is in how little people have explained this concept to me.

I saw nothing in forums. 

Even if you could it all you're doing is deferring taxes instead of eliminating them. 

We have a well known RE attorney here that says we should be able to quiet the title but it all makes us very nervous.
