Thanks for another great response.Stated another way: These security deposit, pro-rated rents, etc in my purchase agreement - is this something that I have to ask a realtor to do or is this something that they should advise me on?

My LLC has a Profit sharing plan as my QRP.I am looking for some one who could help me keeping compliant with this and file my tax forms 5500 etc and guide me with the laws .please advise
