Just make sure it's at a great price if you're going to be advancing monies without owning the property yet.There are some states that allow heirs to deed a property without probate so check with your attorney (who should be well versed in real estate and estate law) on this as well.

I am going post this one and it's going to be long (sorry in advance).When reading the discussion, I think it is devolving into debating the merits of apples, oranges, bananas and grapes all at the same time.

The way it works Sharad as the case worker explained to me is this:From the time of application SSI is running behind about 2 years.She applied a year ago but since she is facing eviction they do an emergency advancement and flag the file.This is where it is at now.Then when they pull the file it is sent to the judge for a review.The judge looks at hundreds of pages for the one file.The decision takes 2 to 4 weeks.Then after that if approved a second division of SSI handles payment.The case worker said in Georgia alone SSI has over 100,000 cases to process!

I'm thinking of selling with owner financing for $450, ($750 down, $300/mo for 4 years) but what I want to know if what other's experiences have been with selling 2+1 mobiles.Thank you in advance.

(the lender will have to pay for it in advance).Sometimes there is language in the note and security instrument that allows a lender to not only collect on any and all advances (such as taxes, insurance and legal fees) but also charge interest.
