Tina Ph I signed up for a Real Estate Seminar. Is it a scam?
30 November 2019 | 10 replies
@Tina PhI have taken the 3 day training with Cherif Medawar - it was by far the most valuable seminar event I have ever attended - and for those who wrote that all these Gurus will sell you a $50k coaching etc - well it did not happen - actually he offered ways to Joint Venture with him, several of the attendees had known him for many years and made money with him - he also has a real estate fund so he explains how he invests the money and by default many people then want to join him - but if you just pay attention and ask him questions as well as network etc you will get way more than any book on real estate (he has real life examples and is very active plus he has done flips on homes worth $10mil in San Francisco as well as mass purchases from bank foreclosures etc - he explains residential and commercial and has several books etc including one he Co-authored with Steve Forbes) You be the judge!
