In the commercial world I used to schedule subs all at the same time.

Additionally, my fiancee is a new real estate agent here in Maryland after almost 15 years in the corporate world. 

There are construction loans in the private lending world that requires 10% down of total costs (land purchase + construction cost) and if land is already owed can count the purchase price of land towards the downpayment. 13 month, interest only loan.

Besides the money, try and get subs, who may or may not be sick.....the real estate world changed in 1 week in the US. 

@tom DonnellyTom,How in the world did you find a 30 yr loan at 4% for only 10% down? 

We in the USA have some of the highest real estate fees as a percentage of the transaction in the world.

Good evening,I am a newbie to this world (although I was around the move and flip market as kid via my parents) I am very green to the real estate investing market and after any advice to grow and learn.I’ve done my basic research/learning (books/podcasts) in the single family rental marketing and their different variations of investing the past few months to see if this is something that I would like do.
