I've always eyed the beautiful multi-family units in South City but can't justify managing them from my home out in Western St.

I live in the DFW area and New Western Acquisitions offered me a sales position.

The suburbs to the east & northeast of Dallas, as well as northern, southern & western Tarrant (Ft Worth) counties all have some desirable areas with the potential for good cash flow.  

There are tremendous cash flow opportunities all around western PA. 

Case in Point 2: I love it when New Western will send me offer "as buyers" for some of our properties listed on MLS.

Fairtrade and new western are large wholesale operations.

I currently have 5 doors in western NE.  

If your looking at a map, generally the "better" areas in town are south of Western Ave.

You can buy homes the old fashion way--with an agent through MLS listings, you can buy a home from the owner without a realtor, you can buy homes at auction, there are probably more ways...Can you be more specific?
