I’ve heard this one mentioned as a good investor resource.  

This broker has bought and sold several deals for us.

Dont want to make a mistake that it might be someone random pretending to own the company.I do this quite often.

Ideally, you would want one that would share systems with you (spreadsheets, budget tracking, walkthrough checklists, etc) this would save you a ton in time and duplicated effort. 

Am I allowed to contact their agency to notify them of this, or serve the 5 day notice to them at work in order to try and get them to pay?

From what I am observing it is seemingly reactionary to cover lower margins and out of necessity to make deals pencil.Meanwhile I am hearing this spun or disguised to help raise capital, negotiate better ownership splits or to merely keep the lights on.
