Will rentals become more socialized?

My wife needs more years of work income to qualify for max Social Security when she retires.

You should be able to keep any copies of paperwork you will filled outIm not sure what other sensitive personal information that paperwork will have since they put the Social security number, dob and all other information the rental application.If you are not on lease i would be looking for a new applicant.

I'd like to start following some fix and flip influencers on social media, preferably Facebook.

If I were in your shoes, I'd focus first on a learning to be a good agent: learn to run CMAs (comps), social media marketing strategy, the ins and outs of contracts, and work on building up a network of "go to" people for help when you don't know the answer. 

Maybe I'm showing how green I am by thinking that I can ethically use these techniques to actually help people.
