Are there any books I need to read?

This is rough and I'm sorry you are going through this.

Also, I won't do any buisness this year through my LLC so will I still have to file? 

I brought a partner into this deal to get it done, I will be funding the rehab portion of this Fix and Flip deal.

I already had a one month vacancy when this tenant moved in and my earlier tenant just walked away and broke the lease.

This opportunity fell in my lap as I know the motivated seller who is willing to sell, but I'm not sure if I can get the price that he wants for it.I don't have the property under contract yet, and this is my first wholesale deal.
