LOLSo before I get punished by the forum police for getting sidetracked, can you give me a practical example of how I would use TIC with a partner..aka birddog.  

Inflating of price is the FED's stated policy, so wholesalers are certainly not alone in this :)Furthermore, how is it BP's function to police conversations that are not clearly illegal and are not clearly inappropriate?
