They still manage to pay rent on time with one exception where we negotiated a late payment.Bottom line is I’m just tired of dealing with them from the problems, erratic behavior, etc.

Hello all, I am very close on closing on my first property.

I'm not a handyman by any stretch but there are few things on that list that I'd like to tackle.

Austin recently was listed as No. 1 on USA Today Blueprint's list of the best cities to start a new business.

With how things go here with all the new laws that favor more on tenants and also the high property tax, it’s hard to find a good property that can generate cash flow.
