Hello,I just wanted to throw this out there...Does anyone have any insight on banks, national or local, with whom I should or should not use for my business account?

@Scott Harper While the national flood insurance program did increase fees associated with multi unit houses (there is now a $250 surcharge for any houses over 1 units) and did add this same surcharge non owner occupied single family houses, they are not higher rates that owner occupants pay, just a surcharge.  

Long story short, we found a national lender locally in the Bay Area, worked through the lending process, and after ~40 days, closed on the property. 

Maybe also wedding receptions, although parking is a challenge.

Park is located in Arizona, anyone have advice on where to find best deals for new manufactured homes?

The national builders have been developing in bulk for years.

And yes close the mortgage, note, lien, deed xfer, at an Attorneys office.One of the unmentioned problems with buying MHs on land, or MHs in parks for that matter.  

We do this for several "property management" national entities, where we go to homes and take a portfolio of pictures and then upload.

A good agent  who works the area in question (I only do the tiniest parts of Anne Arundel near Laurel, Crofton, so I wouldnt know) or a landlord with several rentals in the area should be able to give you a ball park idea of rental demand in an area, how long it will take to rent a unit out, how many applications you might see, what type of tenant base you are looking at.

I know a lot of national speakers personally, and I asked around a lot looking for a good credit repair company, because this is an important piece of my business.
