Good morning everyone,I did a search for this topic, but after going through the first 4-5 pages of search results I decided it would be easier to post this question.

Hi @Derek Macbay I am in Singapore as well and just returned from the US this morning.

Last year only wrote off mileage for trips to properties, store, city hall, etc.Looking for the brains on this board to share ideas how to structure a vehicle purchase/lease for a write off for my business.  

I think plan to go that route, but I'll still try to do whatever due diligence I can to offset pet liability (regardless of size or kind ... someone could easily trip over a cat and sue!)

Unfortunately it's now Friday night so I can't reach them until Monday morning. 

So this morning I was able to make a deal with an investor using the advice given by @Zach Mitchell.

I work evenings to will not  be able to advance the project further until tomorrow morning.
