@Aimee Baker, The biggest thing is to just execute Amiee, like Grove suggests, bird dogging and wholesaling is a good introduction to learn the basics, then get to where you can do a fix/flip or buy & hold on your own.

s second paragraph, none the less, that is not the issue with net listings, I stated the issue, it can become a fiduciary matter.Thinking you can flip a contract demanding more than what is seen as a fair value for what you did is predatory, such do not understand what or how "value" is determined in business transactions, the functions performed in any business have value ranges that are acceptable, it's not the wild west where you can grab whatever you think you can talk someone into anymore.

If there any terms in regular residential lease don't apply to your property you can legally cross that word or paragraph and add tenants and landlords initials when signing the lease.
