I've read several articles, some with conflicting information, but the consensus seems to be:- Businesses will be able to solicit equity investors on the internet- Investment will not be limited to "accredited" investors - -Businesses can raise up to $1 million a year without registering securities with the SEC-The Senate added restrictions requiring crowdfunding websites to register with the SEC, and requiring businesses to make certain disclosures-The SEC has 270 days to implement the new law (although at least one source suggests internet solicitation will be allowed in 90 days)

After reading about the Wal-mart shootings and the pepper spraying on the internet this morning - figured it was a good day to stay away from the stores. 2 dead and 15 sprayed in one incident with an upset lady shopper.

She could find out all the info, find photos, make up pdf flyers, get them listed all over the Internet, etc.

Also, in researching on the Internet, it seemed that Wyoming would offer similar liability protection as Nevada.

Personally I think the stock market has become so corrupt and unregulated since the Internet blew up that the only way to really make money in it is to trade macro trends.

Say for example, a friend living at your house would write out checks to pay cable, internet, water, sewer, heating, electric, etc?

We had to pay an attorney to customize a contract that protected all of the parties in the transaction at the same time, so I can't offer it up to the entire internet. :)[solicitation removed]

I too am not a fan of remarketing wholesale deals because that property could show up all over the internet at different price points and the investor could see this and get turned off by the deal.
