With 10+ tenants I imagine the leases are usually written by the bedroom, but I'm open to hearing otherwise and how you've managed the logistics.I currently own a four bedroom house that is a student rental.

But I'm assuming it should be something to protect the Broker for cases like this, because the one who is responsible is the Broker, and I imagine this is not the first case, so they should have some umbrella policy to protect them.
