How would we do this with multiple investors?

I'm assuming I certainly have multiple people living in some of these 1 bedrooms but I don't know that would be enough to account for this.

The 401k holder would take this route to enable them to "make a living" from their incorporated RE business, versus having all profits flow back into the tax-sheltered account (which would be necessary if your 401k was directly engaging in the activity.)Steven Hamilton II or @bill walston - can you shed some light?

I had a 50% success rate in that 50% of the students went on to do a deal (or multiple deals) that was profitable.

I would highly encourage you to stick around and engage the community, I believe you will learn much more that way.
