I too, agree with the majority that the cost of higher education (if I boil it all down) is inflated and not worth it when looking at it on a spreadsheet of assets and liabilities unless you're going for a specific degree to be a doctor or a lawyer or an engineer.

I'm not a lawyer but if the tenant breaks the lease resulting in an eviction then they broke the lease and are responsible for any associated costs resulting from them breaking the lease.

They were just obviously bad with money management.Me being more knowledgeable and learning on this forum and doing multiple lawyer consults and more reading would I do it again NO especially with the judgments in the State of Texas it is difficult to collect on debt bc you can only garish wages for child support so Texas as a state holds a lot of debt.
