Downstairs, I painted all interior trim white, refinished doors white with new hardware, put crown molding on all downstairs windows, put new tile in downstairs bathroom and kitchen, painted all kitchen cabinets white, new hardware, removed cabinets to install new island stainless steel hood, replaced all kitchen appliances for stainless steel.

We've got pallet walls going up, tile on the main floor is complete, radiant heat is working, last of the wall patch and paint is being completed, cabinets are en-route with quartz countertops to follow.

It was gutted before the previous owners and they just put up all new fixtures, kitchen cabinets and studs and walls that were donated to the church.

Great I say thanks to the GC for the walk through...snap my pictures and head off to Lowes to order my interior and exterior doors as well as cabinets for the kitchen...since we're hoping to have that cleaned up by early next week and start laying tile.I'm on my way home on the bridge when the GC calls me and says "Are you still in the area?"

Aside from the floor structure in a modular home (larger joists) the homes are built essentially to the same standards depending on the manufacturer.Check the hydro cabinet door and find out the manufacturer.

When it was sold it was advertised as a "complete renovation" including roof, A/C, windows, drywall, flooring, cabinets, countertops, ,etc. and the buyer was told that we estimated $30,000+ for the renovation.

The counter (laminate) is bent in the middle at the sink, and the supporting cabinets don't seem to be helping.Here is a remodel plan that imitates the original layout (has all the plumbing/electrical to support this configuration without modification):The sink (dark blue) counter is 9ft long.
