I want out of the rat race and I am tired of being the black sheep around many negative people in my environment.

However, some of these syndications have themselves been offered on crowdfunding sites, so it's not a black-and-white distinction. 2) experience: some of the most experienced sponsors (more than one real estate cycle in the current strategy) will not be found on crowdfunding sites because they have more than enough investors that they have accumulated over time to fill their deals.

I am also an investor in Fairfield County, I co-own 4 multi-families in the Black Rock section of Bridgeport.

But after reading 10x by Grant Cardone, I now have a list of more unrealistic goals now such as:"I started my own companies by 2016""I have muti-billion dollars company which operates its own""I weigh (blank) and I have a black belt"etc etc.I think you can def achieve your goals.
