Most local businesses appreciate face to face interaction so if I were you I would go to a local coffee shop when it isn't super busy, order coffee and just chat up the barista.

Based on our interactions with these professionals, as well as our findings via personal research, we've learned that the market has slowed in the San Jose are more than expected since this past summer.  

If your personally fielding complaints, interacting with tenants, and dealing with repairs or maintenance issues in the neighboring unit your LLC isn't going to hold up.
