I work closely with people in my market that are looking to invest in the STR space!

They are also pretty low maintenance and have worked well for us.

Unfortunately, nobody will give you something for nothing...That said, I would suggest working on creating the value you can trade for the other piece of the deal (either money or the REALLY good deal).

For example, if I have an LLC for my own property management company and would like to work under a brokerage is there any reason my LLC couldn’t be set up as a subsidiary under the brokerage and then break off in a few years. 

I’m not sure this is relevant, but Realtor B has done a lot of work with the developer over the years on other projects and they have other current listings together.  

In Florida, can a newly licensed RE agent (not a Realtor and not yet working for a broker)  join  MLS independently  or do they have to join a local board or  the NAR first?

I would love to work with someone in my area to learn the ropes on getting my first deal!

Although you can't look up criminal history, you can get landlord references from other landlords with whom they have worked.

So how does this work in a month-to-month situation?
