Other nation also has to raise their interest rate to match with US fed rate which eventually will make the business or local people suffers.So I would say people in Bangladesh and Srilanka suffers more to US interest rate hike rather than First time home buyer in Chicago.

Personally, I like building a huge buyers list and only looking for deals that match my buyers requirements.
