Maybe it's frothy tech, maybe stronger markets internationally to attract other international investors, there are marco-economic measures that trigger these things along with very emotional measures (exuberance/despair). 

A tenant has nothing invested in this house, neither money nor emotional. 

And emotional support dogs?

No emotions involved here. 

Anyone have experience with emotional service animal requests when your insurance doesn't allow for pets? 

I now barely understand the nuance of life a little better, and realize I want to help people to live a better quality life by showing them how to approach the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of health in a more fulfilling way.  

@Mendez Garcia I use Jessica Sheiber, for residential evictions. my advice: be patient and put your emotions aside. 

My understanding is that if someone has a service animal or emotional support animal, I'm required to allow it in my state unless that specific animal might pose a threat to others.

Just make sure to run it like business partners not family partners. try to keep as much emotion out of it as possible.

I guess my personal opinion is driven by emotion.
