I've had plenty of people offer to pay 8%.I'm not sure who alluded to talking about commission being an anti-trust issue, but it is my understanding that the "anti-trust" part is when brokers collaborate to keep commissions percentages fixed.No?

If they don't want them (which is extremely rare), I'll disconnect them and put 'em back in inventory.It's the best of both worlds - reselling the same inventory, and reducing liability.
