Typically I find that owners and PMs benefit from software when they want to automate daily tasks and improve cash flow.

There was another listing for $649K which was 13 DOM and just sold.My realtor says that they are having daily showings.

@Alexander Price Yes, we do it from a combination of public records, and for that last one, daily updates from the trustee sales back in that time frame.

Whereas, my best guy updates me weekly (if not daily) of properties that fit my wheelhouse and even "comp" them for me.  

Some banks accept any acceptable offer on a daily basis.
