@Don Van Nguyen I would just suggest between the two, go with DFW because it is where you live unless you plan on moving.

Hi ,I am looking to make some investment in Durham which I can buy and hold ( cash flow from rent ).Based on my research there are areas that are good and some are not so good and its tough to figure that out.Could some from Durham share some insight on this and any suggestion on what area to go for if i have to buy and hold for rent , i am thinking of sticking to C+, B-, B, B+ zone only ?
