Ever since I got into real estate I've had a few questions raddling around in my head about syndication that I can't seem to get straight:1.

Appreciation - If you check out the community plan for each area in San Diego (In SD, we have a city planning commission and each community/area has it's own community planning group) you can get a sense of what direction an area is headed.

I hear about all this 100% financing which is something I am trying to grasp my head around slowly, as Australian Properties (in Melbourne) are a little ridiculous.

Still trying to get my head wrapped certain ideas concerning real estate, but I am always interested in learning more as it seems the best way for me to reach my goals of being able to afford a good sized family and actually spend sometime around them instead of 60 hour work weeks.

Although there is a substantial lag now between the last assessment and the asked-for sale price, things WILL catch up.

If this goes over your head, maybe it is time for a bookkeeper?  

I am currently in Grand Rapids MI, but looking in the South Florida Market, also the Hilton Head area as well.

Just learning for now, I'll reach out to some banks to figure this stuff out better later once my head is more on straight.
