The ISP is tied to the rental unit and you just give them the information they need, saying you provide the WIFI for the rentals as an amenity.

You've tied up your $10 grand and are essentially getting $0 return for a few years as you pay down your overpayment which you have to do because you have to refinance.Again, if you can get true 30 year terms... then it becomes a simple CoC analysis (can it still cash flow at higher sale price enough to give you a decent return on your DP), but the moment you throw that balloon on there things get ugly.
