I think they have some more inexpensive options to start, but it is a user-friendly and has tons of analytics built in.

I have set a goal to save up at least 25k in 1 year to invest in a house hack, whether that by a duplex triplex or fourplex.

I would never do it for someone starting out or does not have significant assets etc. 

Dependings widely based on where your starting, I would say anywhere from 1k to 10k per year.

Hence, a ‘dovish’ datapoint is one that supports rate cuts, such as a fall in inflation rates or a rise in unemployment.A modest rebound for housing starts.

So to clarify on dscr, if I was looking for 1 unit apartment of condos to start.

I would not start using a company for just one multi.

I put down ~40% using the remaining 1031 proceeds and some savings and have a ~$11,000 mortgage but only a 300 HOA fee with misc bills etc around $1000 a month. 

but the $7000 to pay off the vehicle will only save me about $600 in interest whereas investing that 7k into another home or renovations, like adding a new bathroom to my current 3bed 1bath home, would yield way more than the money saved.

I'm just thinking this could be better for me given my individual style as an investor and am not really sure where to get started with it.
