So far, I have not gone the private money route because I have not found anyone wiling to be a debt partner only, and in the end it is just simpler to partner at that point.

You save money on interest, but if you pay off your properties/debts early, you will always save money on interest.The whole concept seems overly complicated to me - especially for people who are just starting to get a handle on their finances.

So far my concept is to use equity gained in properties I buy to buy more, is this the right way to do that?
